Rick Brown started dropping equipment off around 0600 Friday morning but didn't actually start until 0730. We were only without a toilet, shower or sewer for about 3 hours, so that wasn't bad. I guess there isn't much to say about the installation and pictures speak louder than

Pumping out the old tank for the last time.......
Digger Dude taking out the old septic & dry well......

Digger Dude ripping up the yard to install the 3 rows of baffles for the drain field.....
Our new 1600 gallon septic tank that is going to be lifted into the big hole...........

View from my office as I was working.............
After all the dirt was put back into place, machinery had left and workmen had gone home.......we had one hell of a mess on our hands. The digger dude had changed the pitch of our hill, so on Sunday, Joel installed a new retaining wall to house a new flower garden and hopefully will hide the cement lids of the septic.
Hope everyone is having a fabulous summer.
